Without you ...I learnt things the hard way!Every happiness looked small
Even success felt like a great fall
Don't know why eyes were heavy that day
They kept searching for you all through the way
I was dejected and lost in the crowd
I cried sometimes quietly ,sometimes loud
But it made no difference, it never reached your ears
I still searched for you amidst troubles & fears
And still you weren't around
Oh but I did not stop
There was no time to sulk and sob
And as I walked on my way I found
Success in the little-big things I did
I was least expecting it. All I know is yes I hid
From myself and the world
Shed no tear before anyone, uttered no word
I was all by myself, yes on my own,all by myself
But 2day my eyes forsake me. I just couldn't help
I tried to gather myself by telling myself 'smile you finally lived your dream,
Go celebrate,make some noise,go 4 a Long drive.Buy yourself your favorite Ice cream
And my heart whispered 'Don't fool yourself, its ok if you want to cry'
Get up and walk again.You need to be more strong ...come on give it another try
Just like new flowers bloom and old fall of from trees
People come and people go. And all we are left with are memories
So what if you have lost sight of a loved one ...life does not stop
Life is too short to miss any moment of joy and even shorter to stop and sob!
Life goes on and it really does. Live every moment like its the last one
Go by your heart sometimes get stupid and live like you have no fears really none!
Tears have dried and I have learnt to handle myself. I am glad today
I have learnt things which I never possibly could have learnt. Believe me when I say
