More or less ?

" MORE OR LESS ? "

Is more always more? Is little really little?

Then why the mix at times blatantly & others subtle;

Don’t we look for what more in little & little in more?

When one says 3 things in our head we make it  four.

Sometimes they say what they say & mean what they mean,

Stop looking beyond the spoken & stop reading lines in between.

Don't we under the wake of searching for God in detail,

land up finding unsolicited devils; communications fail.

Making the distinction becomes difficult as this a two edged sword

Sometimes people express in sentences & wish you got the word,

often spoken-unspoken there is so much to contemplate,

In smile gratitude, in a touch assurance if only all could articulate.

In complains they demand acknowledgement, in tears they ask for attention,

In sharing they showcase abundance and in silence they ask for companion.

yes it’s difficult to miss the intended pun & the unwarranted ego hurt,

Slipped in as a joke, comment; attacked to make you feel like a jerk ,

Stand up when sure,fight it out; sometimes its important,stop being good,

It's zero baggage limit after life ;why the excess load under the hood.

Wise to let go off your version & wiser to confront & clarify.

Why complicate it and miss the fun when it’s easier to simplify?

Give people the benefit of doubt;  may be it was not the intention,

How sure are you of your own words? so why not avoid contentions.

Words  lose path;feelings are short lived & tongue too has a slip,

Avoid permanent grudges for the momentary confusions of word, thought & lip.
